With all the advantages of a the CAMOS 30CM DOME satellite TV system, this new model is designed for use when the vehicle it’s on is NOT moving. This makes it ideal for caravanners, motorcaravanners and boaters who just want to switch on their CAMOS DOME satellite TV system, sit back and relax.
As with all Camos satellite system's, it’s incredibly easy to use and even installation is quite within the capabilities of any competent handyman. With just two cables to connect to the controller and no need to screw the unit to the roof (special adhesive is supplied), it’s also very easy to fit.
The system runs on any voltage between 10V-30V and uses less than 2 Amps when searching and none at all when the satellite has been located.
The CAMOS SATELLITE DOME SYSTEM 30CM can pick up TV & radio from SKY & other broadcasters all over Europe (as with any satellite TV system, what you receive will depend on where you are and what type of receiver you use) thanks to its ability to find 7 different satellites. A SKY digibox or any other satellite receiver can be connected to the system.

We have contacted Camos Dome for you and they have advised that you would need to replace the cable for the existing antenna with the cable that comes with the dome. They have advised that the cable carries a voltage and needs to be of a suitable standard for this purpose. The Camos Dome requires a 12v feed.

Our caravan has a 6 year warranty in regards to water ingress. My thoughts are to fit a dome in place of the existing terrestrial(omidirectional)aerial.
Obviously the dish will use the existing coax cable.Would it also need a live 12v feed?
In view of the warranty, is there a fitting service that our manufaturer may find acceptable?
